A valid unboxing video is provided as proof

Requests made after this period may not be accepted
3. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
The refund will be issued to:
Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
Bank account (for COD orders)
4. Exchange / Replacement Policy
We offer replacement instead of refund for damaged or defective items (subject to availability)
Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost once the issue is verified
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
6. Non-Returnable Items

Products without original packaging
Items returned without unboxing video proof
Orders returned due to change of mind
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item):
We will bear the return shipping cost
For other accepted cases (if any):
Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
